I think I have kept you all waiting long enough! I’m getting tired of saying this, so I’m sure you are getting tired of hearing it, but really? Where has the time gone? It is flying by so fast! And then daylight savings time decides to take one whole precious hour from me?! I don’t approve.
I’m still in love love love with this wedding. One of our favorite things about weddings are the things that our couples do to make their wedding different, unique, to make it their own. And that’s probably why I love so many aspects of Jenna & Travis’s wedding (besides Jenna & Travis of course.)
Before I get started I wanted to share some of the awesome vendors that were a part of this wedding with us! Everyone was a joy to work with and obviously they do great work!
Venue: The Marquardt Ranch (absolutely beautiful place, wonderful wedding planner, deep in the heart of Texas Hill Country! :))
Florist: Eden’s Echo (Made Jenna’s vision a reality! LOVED what they did!! If you’re getting married in San Antonio or near there I would highly recommend them! I mean just look at what they did!)
Videography: Joe Simon (I’ll tell you a little secret about this guy… He is AMAZING!!! One of the best videographers…well probably in the world! Definitely in Texas, and easily one of the best in the U.S…. Just click the link on his name… you’ll be stuck on his blog for hours. This is totally backwards since we are wedding photographers and all…but I really can’t wait to see his wedding film of this wedding! I KNOW it’s going to be incredible!)
Okay on to the rest of the pictures! 🙂
I have to tell you about their unity sand! (Because it’s basically the coolest thing ever!) So sure you could go to the store and buy the colored sand that matches the colors of your wedding… OR you could be way more awesome like Jenna and Travis and you could go back to where you grew up (Jenna’s sand is from her backyard at her parents house where she grew up and Travis’s is the same, and then the unifying sand is from the ground of where they are building their first home together) Tell me how cool is that?! I love it!
Yeah, so I’m slightly obsessed with the decor. Aric and I have wanted to shoot a wedding with some cotton or just ANYTHING unique and we got to shoot 2 weddings within a month of each other! Love it!
A little first dance-ness
And the toasts were great!
As was the dancing… 🙂
I’m also slightly obsessed with this image. Love the motion in it! Something about it seems so timeless… Credit to Aric for being the best photographer I know! 😉
So happy for you both!!! Jenna…Wow..You nailed it girl! Fabulous planning. The wedding was perfect..setting told a story..so Jenna and my dear Travis I hope the best for the two of you..make me a great uncle! Beautiful pictures! God Speed!! Uncle Ken
I’m lovin’ the arch! Great photos and the decor is divine! – Rachel
